Karen Lucrece Bates

Karen Lucrece Bates hasn't made a name for herself writing humor as she's always written it for someone else. But it's her, she swears! She's worked with familiar cartoon faces for many years and now takes that crazy skill set to the larger world from her home in reasonably lovely Van Nuys, California. She's always written poetry has sometimes drawn stuff to go with it and plans to put that together to make some cool picture books.
